Titi Toporas is a highly skilled and dedicated critical care transport (CCT) Paramedic with American Medical Response (AMR), where he has been delivering exceptional care since January 2007. His extensive certifications, including BLS, ACLS, CPR, AED, PALS, and CCT, underscore his comprehensive training and ability to manage a wide range of medical emergencies.
Throughout his career, Titi has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care. His previous role as a field training officer allowed him to mentor new paramedics, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience to help them develop into confident and capable medics.
Titi's contributions to the emergency medical field have been recognized with numerous awards, reflecting his dedication and outstanding performance. These honors include:

Titi is nominated for his exceptional leadership skills during critical care calls. One notable instance involved a traumatic brain injury (TBI) patient who required multiple infused medications while being transferred to a different facility. The patient, weighing over 450 lbs., presented a significant challenge. With additional resources, Titi demonstrated remarkable leadership by ensuring the safety and well-being of both his team and the patient. Each of these awards and recognitions is a testament to Titi’s hard work and skill in providing his patients with the highest level of care.
